The upscale event will begin with a reception and silent auction, followed by a sit-down dinner, live auction and formal presentation. During the special evening, Dave Rice will present the Kenny Guinn Award for Commitment to Community to Bruce Woodbury. Woodbury, who has served on the Clark County Commission longer than any other person, has made countless contributions to the Las Vegas community.

The auction items will include autographed memorabilia from celebrities including Las Vegas favorites Jimmy Kimmel, Wayne Newton and Terry Fator, as well as show tickets, dinners at some of Las Vegas’ top restaurants and more. Last year’s inaugural event helped the Dave Rice Foundation award more than $125,000 in grants in its first year, including $100,000 to The UNLV Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The VIP cocktail reception and silent auction will kick off the event at 6:30 p.m., followed by the event program at 7:30 p.m. Although only a few individual tickets remain, donations can be made online to benefit the organization at www.davericefoundation.org.

The Dave Rice Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt organization dedicated to the education and support of health initiatives including developmental disorders such as Autism, and other charitable causes. The Foundation was established in 2012 by UNLV Runnin’ Rebels Head Basketball Coach Dave Rice and his wife Mindy.
