Service Dogs in Training Attend “Gwen Stefani – Just a Girl” at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
It was a four dog night in Las Vegas Friday evening, when Gwen Stefani hosted service dogs in training from Michael’s Angel Paws at her headlining residency, “Gwen Stefani – Just A Girl” at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Prior to the show, four dogs and their handlers from the Las Vegas-based organization went backstage to take a photo with Gwen before enjoying the show.

Designed exclusively for Zappos Theater and promoted by Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment, the eye-popping spectacular celebrates the breadth of the star’s illustrious musical career with fan-favorite hits, including “Hollaback Girl,” “The Sweet Escape” and “What You Waiting For?.”

Gwen is wrapping up her current run of Las Vegas shows on Saturday, Nov. 2 and will return in February 2020. Her final 16 performance dates through May 16, 2020 are on sale now at www.ticketmaster.com/gwen.

Michael’s Angel Paws was founded as a non-profit in 2012 by Bryce and Stephanie Gerken, in memory of their son Michael, who was born prematurely and would have needed a Service Dog to mitigate his disabilities. The Gerken’s chose to devote their energies to H.O.P.E. by H.elping O.thers P.awsitively E.very day. Celebrating its 7th anniversary this year, the organization has graduated 78 service dog teams and over 200 therapy dog teams that bring smiles through waggin’ tails.

“We are so grateful for community partners that give us the opportunity to bring our service dogs to concert venues,” said Stephanie Gerken executive director of Michael’s Angels Paws. “This gives them the valuable experience they need to allow them to be the service dog for their person.”
