, located just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA at The Shops at Crystals, has introduced new signature entrées, appetizers and side dishes, as well as an autumn-inspired cocktail, for fall (Pictured: Thai Chicken Skewers).  

The Dover Sole, priced at $32, is topped with a lemon cáper butter sauce and accompanied by whipped potatoes, haricot vert and fresh tomatoes. SHe’s Signature Veal Chop, priced at $68, is a garlic-marinated Provimi veal chop broiled to each guest’s desired temperature and finished with an aged balsamic drizzle.

New appetizers include the Thai Chicken Skewers, priced at $16, served with Bibb lettuce and Asian-marinated cucumber salad and Eva’s Guacamole, priced at $18, made with jumbo lump crab and rock lobster and served with fresh tortilla chips.

Seasonal sides include Mac N SHeESE, made with cavatappi pasta tossed in a three-cheese sauce with Applewood-smoked bacon and roasted jalapeños, priced at $10; house-made Gnocchi tossed with a veal essence and fresh herbs, priced at $11; and Lobster Whipped Potatoes, made with creamy Yukon Gold whipped potatoes tossed with rock lobster meat, topped with a creamy butter sauce and crispy shallots, priced at $15.

Caramel Appletini

The Caramel Appletini, priced at $15, is made with Stoli Gala Applik, Stoli Salted Karamel, Baileys Caramel Liqueur, half and half, caramel syrup and topped with a floating apple slice. Please see below recipe:

Caramel Appletini:

  • 1 ½ oz. Stoli Gala Applik
  • 1 oz. Stoli Salted Karamel
  • 1 oz. Baileys Caramel Liqueur
  • ½ oz. half and half

Drizzle martini glass with homemade caramel sauce. Vigorously shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh apple slice. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
