SHe by Morton’s to Ring In 2014 with Festive New Year’s Eve Feasts
SHe by Morton’s, located at The Shops at Crystals, just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA, will offer two separate prix-fixe menus Tuesday, Dec. 31. Celebratory menus will be offered at 7pm and 9:30pm seatings.
The first seating at 7pm is priced at $99 per person and begins with the choice of Crab Cake Minis, Seared Foie Gras or Little Big Royale’s. The second course includes the choice of Caesar Salad or Mini Wedge Bites. For the third course, diners may choose between the Free Range Chicken Chop with butterscotch carrot purée and Brussels sprouts; Pan Seared Sea Bass with miso glaze and haricot verts; or Beef Filet served with truffle potato purée and grilled asparagus. For dessert, diners may choose from Hot Chocolate with house-made marshmallows or Strawberries with Champagne Zabaglione.
The second seating at 9:30pm is priced at $150 per person and begins with the choice of Mini Lobster Rolls, Steak Tartare or Pan Roasted Foie Gras. The second course includes the choice of Mini Wedge Bites, Caesar Salad or Tomato Onion Blue, a salad made with beefsteak tomatoes, sliced red onion and house-made blue cheese dressing topped with blue cheese crumbles and served over bib lettuce leaves. For the entrée, guests may choose between Coffee Brined Duck Breast served with spiced sweet potatoes; Spiced Ahi Tuna with Shiitake mushrooms, bok choy and lobster broth; Filet and Lobster Tail served with Creamy Whipped Potatoes potatoes and wilted spinach; Grass-fed Ribeye served with roasted fingerlings and roasted carrots; or Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tail served with buttered redskins and charred asparagus. For dessert, diners may choose between Hot Chocolate with house-made marshmallows, Strawberries with Champagne Zabaglione or Coffee Crème Brûlée.
