SHe by Morton’s to Spice Up Mexican Independence Day
SHe by Morton’s, located just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA at The Shops at Crystals, will offer a prix-fixe menu to celebrate Mexican Independence Day available from Friday, Sept. 13 through Monday, Sept. 16 (Photo credit: Peter Harasty).
Diners may enjoy a Mexican-inspired three-course meal, priced at $65 per person. The menu will begin with a choice of Chopped Salad made with mixed greens, avocado, grilled corn, red onions, pulled chicken and pomegranate seeds in a roasted jalapeño vinaigrette; or Crab and Lobster Guacamole made with jumbo lump crab and rock lobster meat tossed in house made guacamole with toasted almonds and fresh cilantro.
Entrées will include the choice of a Marinated Skirt Steak made with a roasted jalapeño marinade, charred scallions and chipotle cream; Free Range Chicken Chop made with Mexican mole and served with smashed plantains; or Pan Seared Baquetta with sour orange chimichurri and crispy yucca. Mexican Independence Day desserts will include SHe Churros or Flan with fresh berries.
With a menu offering prime steaks, an array of signature selections and plenty of dishes made for sharing, SHe by Morton’s is the Strip’s stylish boutique steakhouse for guests to dine and unwind. Just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA at The Shops at Crystals, SHe is a partnership between Morton’s The Steakhouse and gorgeous actress and entrepreneur, Eva Longoria. Crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher, the menu includes “hot” and “cold” appetizers, whimsical desserts, an impressive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails. Directly above SHe is a 9,000-square-foot special events venue that can be transformed into a private nightclub or a corporate events space.
SHe by Morton’s is open daily for small bites and cocktails at 5 p.m., with dinner service starting at 5:30 p.m. The restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
