Shriners Hospital for Children Open Hosts Ninth Annual Kick Off Your Heels Luncheon Oct. 1

, invites the women of Las Vegas to ditch their heels and sport their favorite pair of flats at the tournament’s ninth annual Kick Off Your Heels Luncheon on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. in The Hill at TPC Summerlin.

During the event, guests will enjoy exceptional views of TPC Summerlin from The Hill, a luxurious 10,000 square-foot entertainment pavilion overlooking the 16th, 17th and 18th holes. Guests will enjoy a special meal prepared by Maggiano’s Little Italy – Downtown Summerlin.  Guests will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items with the proceeds directly benefitting the patients of Shriners Hospitals for Children nationwide.  The Shriners Hospital for Children is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which provides innovative specialty care to children with orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injuries, cleft lip and palate and burns regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Mercedes Martinez, host of KLAS “Las Vegas Now” and Mix 94.1 “Mercedes in the Morning” will serve as the mistress of ceremonies. Guests will hear from a mother of a local Shriners Hospitals for Children patient and enjoy a fashion show.

The 2019 Shriners Hospitals for Children Openbrings the FedExCup to TPC Summerlin as the PGA TOUR returns to the Las Vegas valley for the 37th consecutive year in this weeklong charitable tournament.
