Sick Puppies to Perform Live at O’Sheas Rocktoberfest Oct. 9
Locals and visitors alike are encouraged to tap into their German roots and celebrate Rocktoberfest at O’Sheas Casino block party on Saturday, October 9, 2010, from 3 p.m. – Midnight.
The event will feature a live performance by Australian alternative rock band, Sick Puppies. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Shimon Moore, bassist Emma Anzai and drummer Mark Goodwin.
The celebration will include unbeatable drink specials hand-delivered by lederhosen-clad bar maids, traditional festive German cuisine and games. KOMP 92.3 FM will begin live broadcasts from the block party at 3 p.m. and continue throughout the evening. Great hits will be played as anthems to the festivities and giveaways will keep the energy up all night. Games of beer pong and corn hole will be set up for play while guests enjoy the German celebration. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
