Following a celebratory piñata breaking ceremony, guests enjoyed a selection of authentic Mexican bites and libations, including the Dole Whip cocktail, the signature Uno Más Margarita, carne asada, shrimp and the Impossible crunchy vegetarian and vegan street tacos, while grooving to the festive sounds of live mariachi music. In addition, local artist Izaac Zevalking added to the action, live hand-painting a mural boasting palm fronds and colorful Mexican sugar skulls, adding a festive flair to the restaurant’s exterior.

The Uno Más menu includes shareable bites like queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and chips, pork chicharrones and grilled corn. A variety of street tacos are also offered, including pan-roasted shrimp, carne asada, al pastor, lengua, fish and beer, beer-braised short rib, carnitas, crispy pollo, lamb, and vegetarian options like queso a la plancha and cactus, all served in hand-crafted tortillas made fresh daily. Satisfy that sweet tooth with house-made churros served with a trio of sauces.

Signature cocktails include the Uno Más Margarita, featuring Patrón Reposado Tequila, Anchos Reyes Verde, lime agave syrup and Grand Marnier. The restaurant also features Mexican beers, Micheladas and unique cocktails like the “Just South of Crazy,” the “Evening with Caballeros” or a Dole Whip cocktail made with Casamigos Tequila, as well as non-alcoholic beverages including Mexican sodas and house-made Horchata.

Amidst its modern yet festive décor, Uno Más features a variety of seating options to accommodate any guest or party size. The restaurant is the first new addition to the culinary program since the resort re-opened five years ago. The award-winning restaurant collection at SLS Las Vegas is known for its fine dining concepts including its anchor, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés.

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, Uno Más will serve as the ultimate destination for the Sunday, May 5 holiday celebrations. In addition to the restaurant’s tasty menu, revelers can enjoy live mariachi music throughout the day and half-price signature Dole Whip cocktails made with Casamigos Tequila. The new restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
