SLS Las Vegas Celebrates Love with Valentine’s Day Offerings
SLS Las Vegas sets its sights on love with property-wide promotions in honor of Valentine’s Day including a dedicated hotel package, prix-fixe menus and specialty dishes, and champagne specials available at award-winning restaurants, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, Cleo and Katsuya

Meat lovers looking to explore carnivorous offerings at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés may indulge in a 10-course tasting menu priced at $135 per person. Highlights from the elaborate dinner include smoke and ice fresh oysters drizzled in an apple mignonette; croquetas de pollo, chicken béchamel fritters; classic tartare made with beef sirloin, savora mustard, egg yolk, hp sauce and anchovies, served with Parker House rolls; Chateaubriand tenderloin from Brandt Beef in California served with Perigord sauce and a pomme soufflé; and a variety of desserts including little cakes and assorted tarts. The multi-course tasting menu will be available on Wednesday, Feb. 14.

For those looking to celebrate early, Cleo will feature Mediterranean-inspired a la carte dishes including a King Cole Duck Breast with hazelnut, Moroccan couscous, citrus, pomegranates and duck jus for $32; a Cardamom Valrhona Chocolate Bar with yogurt, honey, vanilla, pistachios and orange, priced at $12; and Dom Perignon champagne by the glass for $15. Specialty dishes will be available from Saturday, Feb. 10 through Monday, Feb. 12. Cleo will also offer a 25 percent discount on all menu items for local industry professionals from Saturday, Feb. 10 through Monday, Feb. 12.

Katsuya will offer a prix-fixe menu with innovative Japanese favorites including samplings of its signature creamy rock shrimp; crispy Brussels sprouts; spicy albacore sashimi with crispy onion; yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño; and the Katsuya Roll made with tuna, yellowtail, salmon, scallop, crab and avocado wrapped with rice, soy paper and cucumber served with a wasabi ponzu on the side. As an entrée, diners will enjoy filet tobanyaki and jumbo shrimp served with wild mushrooms. A decadent chocolate miso crème brulee with orange, vanilla and mint flavors will be served as dessert. The specialty menu is priced at $55 per person, including a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne, and will be available on Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Plus, SLS’ signature lobby bar, Monkey Bar, will treat Valentines to live entertainment by Johnson & LaFond as they play romantic ballads from 7-10 p.m. Monkey Bar will also offer Moët & Chandon champagne specials exclusive for the day priced at $12 a glass, or $50 for a bottle; or Moët & Chandon Rose priced at $15 a glass, or $70 for a bottle.

Couples may also take advantage of SLS’ date night promotion, starting at $89. The package includes a one-night stay, a $75 food and beverage credit to be used at any of SLS Las Vegas’ award-winning restaurants, and a complimentary bottle of champagne. For those looking to keep the celebration going into the weekend, Jazz Funk Soul, a musical collaboration by Grammy-nominated Jeff Lorber, Paul Jackson Jr. and Everette Harp, will perform inside The Foundry on Saturday, Feb. 17. Reserved seating tickets start at $39.50, excluding taxes and fees. Doors open at 7 p.m. for this 21+ event.
