The luxury apartments hosted an all-white attire party for over 250 guests, who included new residents, South Beach developers and investors, and board members of Boys Town. South Beach representatives offered tours of the upscale apartments and amenities, including the full-size matrix gym, located on the second floor of the SB Lounge, and spa offerings.

Guests dined on upscale fare, including sushi presented in elaborate sushi boats, a Mediterranean-inspired cheese and charcuterie display, desserts, and featured cocktails including raspberry sorbet infused with champagne. As the sun set, guests moved outside to the residence’s palm tree-shaded Central Park to enjoy a few of South Beach’s outdoor perks, including a 16-foot outdoor TV screen, fire pits, and plenty of lounging spaces surrounding the beautiful salt-water swimming pool.

At the end of the night, South Beach held a raffle contest to raise money for Boys Town in honor of its 100th anniversary. Prizes included a shopping spree at Sak’s Fifth Avenue and experiences at Speed Vegas, FIZZ, Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop and more. Boys Town is a non-profit organization is committed to provide a continuum of care to children whose lives have been damaged or compromised due to abandonment, abuse or neglect.
