South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa Transforms Restaurants into “Vegas Cowboy Central” Steakhouses During National Finals Rodeo
South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa
caters to the stomach of the cowboy during National Rodeos Finals (NFR), and will feature three steakhouses in the spirit of all things “Vegas Cowboy Central,” including the transformation of its well-known Italian restaurant, Don Vito’s Italian, into Don Vito’s Steakhouse from Dec. 3 – 14 (Pictured: Tomahawk Steak)

To accommodate the popularity of steak during rodeo season, Don Vito’s will become a replica of Silverado Steakhouse and offer matching menu options. Don Vito’s and Silverado will also offer Italian entrée favorites such as lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan and seafood diavolo, a combination of sautéed shrimp, scallops and lobster with linguini in a spicy tomato broth.

In addition, throughout NFR South Point’s Don Vito’s, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steakhouse will offer a bottle of Carnivor 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon and Columbia 2012 Chardonnay for $20 per bottle and serve a special “Vegas Cowboy Central” dish to satisfy even the hungriest of cowboys.
