Menu items include: Grilled Black Garlic Calamari with a Sour Brown Ale Vinaigrette, Smoked Short Rib Tartar with 1554 Black Lager Reduction, Pan Seared Arctic Char with Accumulation IPA “Beer Blanc,” and Colorado Mudpie topped with Fudge and Salted Chocolate Stout “Frappe”.
