THE NEAPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS
Making its return to the Boulevard Pool this season is The Neapolitan of Las Vegas, opening daily Friday, May 22. The indoor and outdoor bar serves playful, booze-driven concoctions, from infused ice cream sundaes to liquid nitrogen sorbets. Constructed as a refreshing air-conditioned bar in the midst of the sunny Boulevard Pool Deck. Former P3Studio artist-in-residence Jerry Misko was once again tapped by The Cosmopolitan to paint a 9’ x 24’ mural called “Do it Ride Good” inspired by the colors of the sorbet. Reflective of the palate of cocktails available, vibrant pinks and electric blues capture the essence of the watermelon margaritas, strawberry shakes and cherry toppings.

The Neapolitan allows guests to escape the heat with cool spiked sweets and innovative beverages. Inspired by the colors of Neapolitan ice cream, the bar’s décor features modular and modern furniture splashed with strawberry pink, chocolate brown and vanilla. Mixologists hand-blend adult popsicles and offer an array of floats, blended frozen drinks, smoothies and spiked sorbets and shakes.
