Stratosphere Casino Donates $1,000 to Children’s Heart Foundation at Celebrity Happy Hour Event
The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower’s final Celebrity Happy Hour event at McCall’s Heartland Grill concluded with a $1,000 donation to the Children’s Heart Foundation (CHFN) and its Walk With the Heart of a Child event.

The donation was made by the Stratosphere Casino on behalf of Steph Mackenzie of 97.1 The Point.CHFN supports families affected by pediatric cardiology conditions and strives to educate the community about pediatric cardiology issues.
Celebrity Happy Hour began April 2, 2015 and continued for three successive Thursday nights thereafter. Several local radio personalities hosted the event inside McCall’s Heartland Grill’s new Whiskey Bar. The Stratosphere made a donation of $1,000 to the charity chosen by each radio host for a total of $4,000. Nonprofits who received donations included Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Nevada SPCA, JDRF and The Children’s Heart Foundation.
