Sugar Factory American Brasserie Set to Open Largest Location Ever in Las Vegas
Sugar Factory American Brasserie
has announced plans to open its largest and most lavish restaurant and retail complex to date early next year in its hometown of Las Vegas on the Plaza at Fashion Show directly on Las Vegas Blvd (Artists rendition of Main Bar on Second Floor)

Six years after the brand’s debut on the Las Vegas Strip in 2009, Sugar Factory now has locations in some of the world’s most cosmopolitan destinations including: New York City, Bahrain, Chicago and Miami. The new Sugar Factory American Brasserie will encompass two levels and nearly 16,000 square feet of space on the Strip facing Wynn Las Vegas as part of Fashion Show’s expansion on the Plaza. Much of Sugar Factory’s global appeal has come from its celebrity-endorsed Couture Pops, which have turned sweets into the latest designer accessory.

Iconic superstars including Britney Spears, Drake, Nicole Scherzinger, Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria, Carmen Electra and Rupert Grint are just a few of the celebrities who have either endorsed or have been spotted with the sparkly lollipops. The celebrity affiliations have made Couture Pops part of popular culture through widespread media attention with inclusions on “The Today Show,” AOL.com, “Good Morning America,” People, “Extra” and more.

“This is a tremendous homecoming for us,” says Charissa Davidovici, founder of Sugar Factory. “Our plans for the newest Sugar Factory American Brasserie are everything we could dream of. It is the ultimate representation of our brand; a paradise of confections, cocktails and cuisine.”

Along with co-owners, Davidovici and Tom Recine, the newest Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be developed in partnership with the owners of the legendary TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.: Donald Kushner and Elie Samaha, who are two of the most prolific producers in the history of the film industry. Together, they will capitalize on Sugar Factory’s celebrity appeal and the spectacular backdrop of the new Sugar Factory American Brasserie to bring Hollywood premieres to the Las Vegas Strip.

The lower level of the new Sugar Factory American Brasserie will occupy 12,500 square feet divided between the main dining room and a 3,500-square-foot retail store, showcasing floor-to-ceiling colorful candy bin walls and debuting Sugar Factory’s signature new chocolate line. Takeaway treats will be served from an old fashioned glass case and will include: homemade ice cream, gelato, freshly made doughnuts, fudge-covered pretzel sticks, milk chocolate-covered Oreos, Rice Krispies Treats and more.

The dining room will serve Sugar Factory American Brasserie’s mouthwatering selections crafted by a team of world-class chefs. The sizeable menu will feature signature items such as succulent Pan Roasted Pacific Salmon, Filet Mignon, along with classic favorites such as pizzas, pastas, salads, fresh seafood, steaks, sandwiches, burgers and more. Breakfast options will include: gourmet waffles, omelets, pancakes and crepes. Over-the-top desserts will include the signature King Kong Sundae with 16 different scoops of ice cream, along with decadent milkshakes, overstuffed ice cream sandwiches and more.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie is also known for its exclusive drink menu, including the iconic  36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets with varieties such as the Lollipop Passion infused with coconut, pineapple and melon flavors, adorned with candy necklaces and swirly lollipops and the White Gummi, a playful blend of fruit and floating gummi worms. The delicious drink menu will also be highlighted by a wide selection of martinis including the Blow Pop Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and Blow Pop in the glass, as well as the S’Mores Martini, a comforting combination of chocolate and marshmallows, garnished with a graham cracker rim.

The upper level of the new Las Vegas Sugar Factory will be the crowning jewel of the eatery with a 3,000-square-foot open-air Chocolate Lounge built under a gazebo of white twinkling lights. The lounge will offer a vast selection of chocolate fondues, accompanied by wine, champagne and liquor pairings. With prices ranging from $28 to $1,000, guests may choose a simple tasting for two, or a decadent feast which includes a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne, Dominican dark chocolate, a gold-chocolate sphere and more.

Sugar Factory offers a sweet escape with locations throughout Las Vegas – including Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, MGM Grand and soon inside Fashion Show Mall and a new retail store planned for McCarran International Airport at the D Gates.
