Suncoast Hotel and Casino Hosts the Third Annual Las Vegas Cupcake Bake-Off August 10
The sweet smell of cupcakes will once again fill the air as Suncoast Hotel and Casino hosts the third annual Las Vegas Cupcake Bake-Off on Sunday, August 10.
Cupcake Bake-Off
Presented by the Suncoast and hosted by 102.7 The Coyote and Kris Daniels, the Bake-Off will bring bakers to the Suncoast Grand Ballroom to compete for the title of “Best Cupcake Baker in the West” and to win a portion of $2,500 in cash prizes. The grand prizewinner will receive $1,500, with prizes also being awarded to second, third, fourth and fifth place.
Cupcake Bake-Off
Attendees will enjoy an open bar and all you can eat sweets by some of the greatest bakeries in town including Buddy V’s Ristorante, Carlo’s Bakery, Pinkbox Doughnuts, Manon Bakery and Gimme Some Sugar. Attendees will also vote for their favorite cupcake based on appearance and presentation, with the top ten vote getters moving on to the final round.
A distinguished panel of judges including Cindy Soliz (Buddy V’s Ristorante), Christina Nasso (Carlo’s Bakery), Kristen LoVullo (Gimme Some Sugar), Megan Romano (Chocolate & Spice Bakery), Cindy Werth (Stratosphere Pastry Chef), Alan Thompson (Gigi’s Cupcakes), Michael Cordero (Surehands Chefs), Dan Williams (COO, Three Square Food Bank) and Jonathan Scott (On-Air Personality) will determine this year’s winner.
Tickets are $20 in advance for adults ($25 at the door) and $10 for children (12 and under), with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Three Square Food Bank.
