Superstars Nelly and Akon to Perform Live at Chateau Nightclub Labor Day Weekend

Chateau Nightclub & Gardens is the only place to party this Labor Day Weekend as hit maker Nelly (above) performs Friday, September 2, and Grammy nominated artist Akon performs Saturday, September 3, at the lavish nightclub at Paris Las Vegas.  

Nelly will perform at Chateau Gardens under the Eiffel Tower at Paris as part of the rooftop nightclub’s grand opening celebration. The only true outdoor nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip, Chateau Gardens blankets the rooftop with 22,000 square feet of lush gardens, and offers guests 70 tables and an expansive dance floor. The Eiffel Tower emerges through the entire space, showcasing beautiful views of Bellagio’s fountains.

Known for his best-selling album to date “Country Grammar,” selling over 8.4 million copies in the United States, the Grammy winning artist has had numerous number one hits like “Hot in Herre,” “Dilemma” and “Pimp Juice.” Nelly’s current album “5.0” featured the artist’s song “Just a Dream” and is Nelly’s highest charting song since his 2005 single “Grillz.” In 2009 Billboard Top 100 ranked Nelly the #3 Top Artist of the Decade and was recently nominated for two 2011 Billboard Music Awards and took home the Top Streaming Song Billboard Award for “Just a Dream.”

Akon, who will perform on Saturday night inside the nightclub, took the music scene by storm in 2004 following the release of his debut album “Trouble.” His second album, “Konvicted,” earned him a Grammy Award nomination of the single “Smack That.” He has since founded two record labels, Konvict Muzik and Kon Live Distribution and is the first solo artist to hold both the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice.

Both men are back to excite club-goers once more at the opulent nightclub since their powerhouse performances during Memorial Day Weekend. Chateau Nightclub & Gardens is located at Paris Las Vegas at 3655 Las Vegas Boulevard South, directly above Sugar Factory American Brasserie restaurant and retail store.
