It’s been a wild ride so far for the band, who played their first official US show this past fall in NYC for CMJ championed by Billboard, who deemed them Best of CMJ 2013, Grantland, TIME, Vogue, ELLE and more. Most recently, last month they performed on The Today Show and were highlighted as an Artist to Watch by Elvis Duran. You can find their full Pumpin Blood EP on Soundcloud and Spotify – their full length is slated to drop in the US later this year.

NONONO is a Swedish trio based in Stockholm, consisting of production team Astma & Rocwell (whose credits include Bebe Black, Benny Banks Icona Pop) and singer/songwriting talents of Stina Wäppling. Meeting through a mutual friend, the three formed NONONO during the spring of 2012; around the time Stina returned from the UK where she had spent three years studying to be a psychologist. The sound could be described as Urban-Indie. Melancholy yet hopeful with a bassy beat oriented foundation. Their debut single “Pumpin’ Blood” peaked at number 22 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and at number 32 on the Pop Songs chart.
