  • Mimicking the rocket’s red glare, the Red Julip ($12) is Tabú’s take on the classic Mint Julip. The refreshing beverage is muddled in a highball glass with raspberries and mint leaves and consists of 1½ ounces Makers Mark Bourbon, ½ ounce lemon juice, 1 ounce pomegranate juice and ½ ounce simple syrup. It is topped off with club soda and garnished with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.

  • The White Night ($12) is a sweet and savory libation that is sure to set off fireworks. After mixing 1 ounce Malibu Rum, ½ ounce Frangelico, ½ ounce Rumplemintz and 3 ounces of cream, the beverage is shaken and strained over ice and then garnished with raspberries and blueberries.
  • The Blue Sparkler (pictured at top – $12) is making a boom this 4th of July at Tabú. This cocktail consists of 1 ½ ounces Don Julio Blanco Tequila, ½ ounce Cointreau, ½ ounce Blue Curaco, ½ ounce lemon juice, 3 ounces of pineapple juice and a splash of sour mix. The drink is poured into a tall glass and garnished with a sweet pineapple wedge.
