Tacos and Tequila to Spoil Moms with Mariachi Brunch for Mother’s Day

Created by Corporate Executive Chef Saul Ortiz, signature brunch items include the breakfast burrito complete with scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, Oaxaca cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and salsa roja, priced at $13; chilaquiles made with crispy tortillas, chicken, red or green sauce, panela cheese, crema fresca and onion, priced at $14 or $16 with the addition of two fried eggs; huevos con chorizo, made with Mexican spiced sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, cojita cheese, salsa verde and wrapped in flour tortillas, priced at $12; steak and eggs, complete with a juicy 8-ounce ribeye and two eggs cooked to order, served with potatoes and bell peppers, priced at $18. For moms with a sweet tooth, the brioche French toast is topped with fresh Mexican bananas, foster caramel sauce and crispy bacon bits, priced at $12.
Moms will receive complimentary Morenita Brownie Bites, chocolate morsels, served with cinnamon ice cream and topped with cajeta and chocolate sauce.
Tacos & Tequila is open daily from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. for lunch and dinner, as well as for a Mariachi Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The design embodies Mexican culture and a flavorful menu by Corporate Executive Chef Saul Ortiz.
