Tender Steak & Seafood Kicks Off Tailgate Lounge Menu for Football Season
TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino has introduced a tailgate lounge menu for football fans available from 5 p.m. until the end of the game on Sunday and Monday evenings throughout the regular season.
While enjoying the football frenzy on flat-panel televisions in TENDER’s lounge, guests may indulge in an array of selections, priced from $3 to $20. Executive Chef K.C. Fazel puts a TENDER twist on game day delights with upscale offerings such as the American Kobe Chili Fries with cheddar cheese; Kobe Short Rib Sliders made with braised Kobe beef ribs, smoked caramelized onions, a rosemary sundried tomato focaccia roll and horseradish pickles; Hot Wings served with ghost chili mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing; Bison Bratwurst Stadium Dog served with sauerkraut and spicy whole grain mustard in a bun with horseradish pickles; Vegas Strip Steak Sandwich made with roasted red pepper sauce and pepper jack cheese on a hoagie roll; and the Duck Bacon Cheeseburger made with house-ground American Kobe beef, smoked duck bacon and cheddar cheese in a potato brioche bun. Additional offerings include Toffee Peanuts, Chick Pea Hummus, Eggplant Baba Ghanoush and Crabmeat Guacamole.
Football fans may also enjoy artisan cheeses served with fresh-baked baguettes and assorted crackers, priced at $5 each. Sourced from farms and creameries around the country, cheeses available include: Beecher’s Flagship Reserve from Beecher’s Handmade Cheese in Seattle and Mouco Colorogue Brie from Mouco Cheese Company in Fort Collins, Colo.
TENDER will serve buckets of beer with six bottles of Heineken, Heineken Light or Dos Equis, priced at $30. Wine-lovers may relish in red and white wine tastings, priced at $5 each. Whiskey or bourbon flights include options such as Johnnie Walker and Crown Royal and range in price from $35 -$55.
