at Luxor Hotel and Casino is set to celebrate National Filet Mignon Day on Monday, August 13, with a special weeklong tasting menu available through Sunday, August. 19. 

The Filet Mignon Medallion Tasting Trio, priced at $65, will feature 4 oz. selections of American Kobe Wagyu Beef, Angus Beef and Certified Black Angus Beef. The Filet Mignon Medallion Tasting Foursome, priced at $75, will include a 4 oz. cut of the Axis Venison as well. This indulgent menu will be available exclusively during the week of National Filet Mignon Day.

TENDER features several sides to enhance the meal including Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, Sautéed Exotic Mushrooms and the Exotic Grains Tasting Trio. The restaurant’s extensive wine list offers a variety of pairing options including the 2005 Silver Oak Alexander Valley and 2008 Mac Murray Ranch Pinot Noir.

The elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel. TENDER has a relaxing main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings and small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.

TENDER Steak & Seafood, the American a la carte steak restaurant using small-farm and seasonally produced ingredients, is located at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
