Prepared by Executive Chef Jose Navarro, TREVI’s New Year’s Eve menu will be priced at $75 per person and begin with a choice between: Tortellini en Brodo, house-made veal tortellini in truffle-scented consommé; or Polpetti di Granchio, crispy crab and pasta balls with simmered San Marzano tomatoes.

The entrée course will take guests on a walk through traditional Italy with a choice between four dishes: Spaccatelli con Ragu d’Aragosta, house-made spaccatelli pasta tossed in a lobster ragout; Vitello Saltimbocca, sage-crusted and prosciutto-wrapped veal cutlets served with pappardelle Cacio e Pepe and grilled asparagus; Petto di Pollo, organic chicken breast mixed in house-made truffle chitarra pasta; or Vitello Osso Bucco, veal shank tossed in saffron risotto, peas and gremolata.
