Thanksgiving at Tacos & Tequila at Luxor Hotel and Casino
Tacos & Tequila at Luxor Hotel and Casino will be offering this Thanksgiving menu from Monday, Nov. 25 through Thursday, Nov. 28.
Tacos & Tequila at Luxor:
Lunch
- Turkey Tortas ($11)
- made with white and dark turkey meat, chorizo, mashed potatoes and jalapeño aïoli served on a fresh bolillo bun and accompanied with a side salad including mixed greens, cranberry vinaigrette, toasted almonds, pear tomatoes and Panela cheese.
- Turkey Tinga Tostadas ($8)
- prepared traditionally to embrace the flavors of Mexico City in which tender, shredded turkey is sautéed with tomatoes, onion, garlic and chipotle adobo, and include fresh lettuce, bean puree, chipotle aïoli and Cotija cheese served in a crispy corn tortilla shell.
Dinner
- Turkey Combo ($19)
- Chile Relleno
- egg-battered and stuffed with poblano peppers, white turkey picadillo, carrots, potatoes and dried cranberries, and then smothered in adobo sauce
- Turkey Alambre Tacos
- made with white and dark turkey meat, Mexican cheese, bacon and poblano peppers served in a flour tortilla with a side of rice and beans
- Turkey Tamal
- made with white and dark turkey meat wrapped in fresh masa dough and then smothered in mole poblano.
- Chile Relleno
Dessert
- Pumpkin Flan ($7)
- dark caramel, egg custard, cinnamon and drizzled with tequila cajeta sauce
