- Turkey Tasting ($15) – a taco, enchilada and tamale served with a roasted beet and arugula salad tossed in cumin vinaigrette.
- Madre Rosas’ Meatloaf ($14) – beef and pork with guajillo chile and tomatillo, smothered with fried egg and relleno sauce. Chayote mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and a crispy potato hay are served on the side.

- Kabocha Soup ($11) – a mix of crème fraîche, Nantucket bay scallops and fines herbes.

- Sautéed Magret of Duck ($42) – cannellini cassoulet, duck leg confit, brussel leaves and foie gras-port jus.

- Roasted Turkey Ballontine with Traditional Garnishes ($40) – stuffed turkey breast, nut and dried fruits, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato mousseline, cranberry sauce and classic giblet gravy.
