The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Announces Jack Johnson Live Inside the Chelsea, Aug. 30
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
will welcome multi-platinum recording artist Jack Johnson with special guest Bahamas to The Chelsea on Thursday, Aug. 30 for the only Las Vegas stop on his All The Light Above it Too tour.

“We’re thrilled to host Jack Johnson at The Chelsea this summer,” said Fedor Banuchi, Vice President of Entertainment at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. “A renown surfer turned filmmaker, turned singer-songwriter, and environmentalist Johnson is a multifaceted talent whose distinct style of music is universally appealing. He’s truly an artist we can identify with, and we are very excited to welcome him this summer.”

Since 2001, Jack Johnson has released seven studio albums and two live albums that have sold over 25 million copies worldwide. Johnson’s latest album, All The Light Above it Too, released in September 2017 and debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. For the first time since 2014, Johnson hit the road for his All The Light Above it Too tour across North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. His Brushfire Records label and touring crew have been leaders in the greening of the music industry through Johnson’s All At Once social action network which connects fans with local nonprofits at each tour stop. Since 2001, Johnson’s album and tour profits and personal philanthropic activities have resulted in more than $30 million donated to charity.

The Cosmopolitan is pleased to partner with Johnson to maximize green and sustainable efforts for socially-conscious concertgoers. Straws will not be served with drinks at the show, concertgoers will be permitted and encouraged to reuse their plastic cups, and no bottled or plastic water will be used throughout the evening – only recycleable, boxed water will be available for purchase.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, June 1 at 10 a.m. PT and are available online at or through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000. Tickets start at $49, plus applicable taxes and fees.
