The “Dotting of the Eyes” ceremony began at the East Side entrance of the distinctive luxury resort.  Around 40 performers “awakened” the dragon and lions by dotting their eyes with red paint in traditional fashion.

Following the awakening, the performers began to weave throughout the casino floor with the twisting and turning dragon, lions and dancers.  The moving celebration made a stop at The Cosmopolitan’s High Limit lounge for a “Collecting of the Cabbage” ceremony before completing the parade.
