The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Welcomes Burger Bar Holstein’s
The all-star culinary lineup for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a new luxury resort opening December 15, 2010, just got tastier with the addition of Holstein’s, a new burger concept from local Las Vegas restaurateurs Billy Richardson, Kyle Madden and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 16 Hospitality (LBS Burger Joint at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa and Pink’s at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino).
With an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients, Holstein’s will bring better burgers and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. The menu will feature specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items – including toppings, buns and condiments – will be custom crafted in-house according to tried-and-true recipes created by Chef Anthony Meidenbauer. The beverage program will feature an array of artisan and hand-crafted beers.
