The Doobie Brothers with JD & The Straight Shot have been added to the entertainment lineup at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday, April 7.
Born out of northern California’s chaotic, late-1960’s musical stew, The Doobie Brothers’ rugged, real and authentic approach to rock and roll made them biker bar stalwarts. Their self-titled debut album in 1971 revealed even more musical layers – sweet three-part harmonies and introspective, acoustic flavors. The Doobie Brothers were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2004, have won four GRAMMY Awards and sold more than 48 million records worldwide (including three multi-platinum, seven platinum, and 14 gold albums).
Originally formed in 2000, the country blues and roots rock band JD & The Straight Shot released their debut album, “Nothing to Hide,” in 2005. Now, the group joins The Doobie Brothers for an unforgettable night at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
