The Fifth Annual ‘Vegas Rocks! Magazine Music Awards’ to Rock The Pearl November 23, 2014
The fifth annual Vegas Rocks! Magazine Music Awards 2014 will celebrate the magazine’s 10th Anniversary as the first-ever all rock publication produced in Las Vegas. The show will be held Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014 at 8 p.m. at The Pearl at Palms Casino Resort (Pictured: Michael Anthony).
Rock ‘n’ Roll history will be made once again with this year’s theme of A Celebration of ’80s Rock honoring and featuring some of the most legendary artists in the music business.

This year’s show will include the following presenters and performers with more talent to be announced closer to the event:
Michael Anthony (Van Halen/ Chicken Foot) will be honored with the “Inspirational Icon” award, Steve Lukather/ David Paich (TOTO) will be attending as TOTO is honored with the “Music Lifetime Legend Inspiration” award, Stephen Pearcy (RATT) will be honored with “Voice of ’80s Metal” award, Orianthi will receive “Rock Guitar Goddess of The Universe” Award, Don Dokken (Dokken) will receive “Voice of ’80s Music” award. Devil City Angels featuring: Rikki Rockett (Poison), Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns), Eric Brittingham (Cinderella) and Brandon Gibbs (Cheap Thrill) will receive “Best New Superstar Union 2014” award, Marq Torien (The Bullet Boys) will take home “’80s Inspirational” award for the Bullet Boys.
Also presenting and participating will be John 5 (Rob Zombie/ Marilyn Manson), Rudy Sarzo (Dio/Ozzy/Quiet Riot), Count’s 77 (featuring Danny Koker of History’s “Counting Cars”), Adelita’s Way, introducing Wes Cage, Mark Kendall (Great White), Robert Sarzo, Nicolas Cage, Otis Day (“Animal House”), Ron Jeremy, Frankie Moreno and Chris Phillips (Zowie Bowie) among others.
There will be historic performances with honorees and participants including a special all-star celebrity jam for the finale of the show. The event will be co-hosted by the “Publishing Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll”, Vegas Rocks! Magazine Publisher/ Founder/ CEO Sally Steele.
“We’re so thrilled to put on a great event again this year to mark Vegas Rocks! Magazine’s 10th year in production. We will have some exciting announcements over the next few weeks regarding many more great artists to be revealed as the names are finalized. It will definitely be a historic night for rock n’ roll!” said Steele.
The event will be preceded by a Grand Rock ‘n’ Roll Royal Red Carpet at 6 p.m. with appearances by celebrities and some of the most famous rock artists in the music industry. The carpet will be open to the fans to watch all the action. More information on location and time will be sent closer to the event.
