The Nomad Pool at NoMad Las Vegas in Park MGM to Debut on March 22
Having successfully infused their trademark style into Vegas’ hospitality and dining scenes with the opening of NoMad Las Vegas at Park MGM, Sydell Group and Make It Nice, are set to energize the city once more with the March 22 debut of The NoMad Pool and JEMAA – The NoMad Pool Party, a lively weekend series launching in April.
The NoMad Pool
The NoMad pool will serve as a welcoming and serene escape with refined poolside dining Monday through Thursday. Perched on the hotel’s third floor roof deck, the pool was designed by Jacques Garcia who drew inspiration from the iconic Majorelle Garden in Morocco. Combining style and beauty with a nod to old world decadence, the space includes striking blue accents, plush seating, daybeds and cabanas creating a luxurious poolside experience unique to Las Vegas.
The NoMad Pool will offer guests a stunning backdrop for its elevated casual fare, expertly crafted cocktails, and robust selection of wines conceived by 2017 World’s 50 Best Restaurant winners Will Guidara and Chef Daniel Humm. Hotel guests, locals and visitors alike can indulge at this respite from the buzz of the Las Vegas ‘scene’. The NoMad Pool menu will elevate daytime dining with food offerings including Chef Daniel Humm’s signature truffle chicken club, lobster roll, and fava bean hummus, and beverage offerings including frozen piña coladas and magnums of bubbly, alongside NoMad’s celebrated classic cocktails.

JEMAA – The NoMad Pool Party
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the atmosphere will transform into JEMAA – The NoMad Pool Party. A seductive and energetic daytime experience, JEMAA will feature the cocktail explosions the NoMad Bar is renowned for, tableside service, a roster of DJs and artists delivering nuanced music programming — including a tropical house vibe on Sundays — and even a cocktail fountain that can be delivered to the cabana for guests who really want to step up the action. With the team devoting the same level of detail and design to the pool as it is known for in its hospitality venues in Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles, JEMAA will set itself apart as the new daytime destination in Las Vegas.
Chef Humm has carefully crafted JEMAA’s menu of whimsical poolside plates, including the Humm dog, shrimp tacos and fried chicken. The beverage menu curated by award-winning Bar Director Leo Robitschek will include jaw-dropping cabana-side cocktail fountains and elaborately garnished cocktail explosions.
