The Palazzo and The Venetian Restaurants Create a Stimulus Package for Your Love Life
The Palazzo and The Venetian have created a restaurant stimulus package that will satisfy your appetite without breaking the bank. Starting Wednesday, March 25, 2009, Date Nite will be introduced as select fine-dining restaurants within both properties feature exquisite and delicious pre fixe menus at a cost of only $40 per person. Do it for love! Do it for less!
Impress your guest by accompanying them to one of the participating world-renowned restaurants at The Palazzo or The Venetian. At The Palazzo, enjoy Charlie Trotter’s Bar Charlie, Mario Batali’s Carnevino, Dos Caminos, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro, and SUSHISAMBA. At The Venetian, the selection of restaurants include Mario Batali’s Enoteca San Marco and Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio. Additionally, Double Helix* Wine Bar at The Shoppes at The Palazzo will be offering a specially priced glass of wine during Date Nite.
Each participating restaurant has unique appetizing pre fixe menus planned for Date Nite guests. Enjoy tantalizing appetizers such as Robata Grilled Quail, Marinated Japanese Snapper with Black Grapes and Celery or Frittelle di Proscuitto, delectable main entrees of Pan Roasted Salmon, 18-Hour Braised Short Rib au Daube or Seared Hanger Steak and sweet desserts consisting of Gelati, Lemon Tart, and Chocolate Fondue. Guests are sure to satisfy their palates with the assorted menus each restaurant provides.

Date Nite will begin Wednesday, March 25, 2009 and run through Friday, April 24, 2009 with pre fixe menus available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday only.
