The Palazzo Las Vegas Named One of 2011 Top 25 Hotels in US and Canada By Travel + Leisure Readers

The Palazzo Las Vegas has been named one of the Top 25 Hotels in the Continental U.S. and Canada in Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2011 readers’ poll featured in the magazine’s August 2011 issue and on TravelandLeisure.com/worldsbest.

The Palazzo ranked in at number 21 among Large City Hotels (100 rooms or more) in the Continental US and Canada making this the second straight year the resort has made the top 25. The awards are determined following a survey completed by magazine’s readers. The World’s Best Awards hotel rankings are based on readers’ ratings in five categories: rooms/facilities, location, service, restaurants/food and value.

“We were extremely honored when The Palazzo made Travel + Leisure’s ‘World’s Best Awards’ list of Top Large City Hotels in the U.S. and Canada in 2010 and are absolutely thrilled to make this distinguished list a second year in a row,” said John Caparella, president and chief operating officer of The Palazzo, The Venetian and Sands Expo Center. “What makes this really special is the fact that this recognition is generated from the magazine’s readers and our guests. This stands as a true testament to our passion to serve and what is accomplished each day by our dedicated team members.”

To be acknowledged on Travel + Leisure’s prestigious World’s Best Hotels in the Continental U.S. and Canada requires a property to go above and beyond guest expectations. In addition to more than 3,000 suites tailored for decadence, The Palazzo Las Vegas has proven itself as a one-stop destination for Las Vegas visitors, boasting more than 60 luxury shopping boutiques, the Tony Award-winning Broadway show “Jersey Boys,” the 134,000-square-foot Canyon Ranch SpaClub and the opulent Azure Luxury Pool among others.
