The Sapphire Comedy Hour Celebrates 5-year Anniversary with “A Trip Down Memory Lane”

The show featured celebrity impersonator Brad Zinn who set the scene playing George Burns, in heaven, looking down on us as God. Comedy greats Johnny Carson and Groucho Marx, played by Zinn, reminded us all of the great days of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.

Renowned Impersonator Bill Johnson performed as Bob Hope alongside Phyllis Diller, portrayed by the extremely talented Leigh Christiansen.

For a little variety, which was a stable of TV shows like the original Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and The Ed Sullivan Show, Magician Mon Dre effortlessly made white doves appear out of nowhere with the skill of a seasoned professional.

Las Vegas’ most famous burlesque star Kalani Kokonuts (Miss Exotic World 2009 and 5-time Playboy Centerfold) seduced the audience with her Jessica Rabbit performance, bringing the curvy cartoon to life.

And, if that’s not enough, Frank Sinatra Impersonator David De Costa, wowed the audience with some of the ‘Chairman’s’ greatest hits.

This was also a special evening, as co-producers Douglas ‘Lefty” Leferovich and Philip Peredo (TickleMe Entertainment) presented creator, director and executive producer of the Sapphire Comedy Hour, Brett Feinstein, a plaque to commemorate the show winning the ’Best Comedy Show in Las Vegas’ in the 2016 Review Journal reader poll.
