The Venetian and The Palazzo Welcome Fifth Annual Carnival of Cuisine on Aug. 25 with More Than 15 Restaurants

This popular event that features award-winning cuisine from the celebrated restaurants of The Venetian and The Palazzo has been moved to August to coincide with Food & Wine Month, part of the resort’s new summer-long Carnevale celebration.

Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased in person at any Venetian l Palazzo Box Office, by phone at 702.414.9000 or online at venetian.com or palazzo.com.

Guests will enjoy cooking demonstrations, tastings from more than 15 eateries including five James Beard Award winners and specialty drinks. Ticket holders will have the chance to win prizes including restaurant gift cards. Carnival of Cuisine is presented by Grazie, the premier loyalty program that rewards guests of The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas.

Participating restaurants include: B&B Ristorante, Bouchon, Café Presse, Carnevino, Delmonico Steakhouse, Grand Lux Café, Lagasse’s Stadium, LAVO, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro, OTTO Enoteca Pizzeria, Pinot Brasserie, Public House, SUSHISAMBA, Sweet Surrender, Table 10, TAO, Valentino, Sweet Surrender, ZINE Noodles Dim Sum and The Venetian | The Palazzo Catering Department.

General Admission tickets are $60. VIP tickets, which include an early entry at noon and a special gift, are $85. A portion of every ticket price will benefit Three Square, Southern Nevada’s food bank.
