Over 20 restaurants from both properties showcased some of their best dishes to 1,750 Grazie members and guests inside The Venetian Ballroom. Diners indulged the moment the doors opened at noon with culinary delights from some of the top dining destinations on the Strip.

Bouchon Bakery featured an all-dessert station, featuring assorted flavors of macarons, cookies and pastries. Zine Noodles and Dim Sum offered Asian flavors with their pork and shrimp sui mai and chicken and vegetable potstickers. FIRST Food + Bar added to the Carnival atmosphere, complete with Vienna Beef hot dog umbrella to show off their hot dogs with mango salsa and chorizo chili. Pinot Brasserie featured classic French escargot with beurre blanc, frisee and truffle vinaigrette. Valentino’s penne all’matriciana with shrimp and dessert offering of cannolli had guests lining up from nearly halfway across the ballroom.

With live cooking demonstrations by Venetian and Palazzo chefs taking place every hour, diners had a chance to watch and learn from world-class culinary talent while surrounded by amazing bites. Between the cooking demos, live jazz music entertained guests as they dined from station to station. Diners could also be found enjoying fun cocktails from Ketel One, Patron and Absolut.
