This Past Week Saw Vegas Golden Knights Players Dining in Andiamo Italian Steakhouse
May seems to be the magical month in downtown Vegas, especially when it comes to famous faces! With the Stanley Cup Playoffs in full effect, one would assume our Vegas Golden Knights don’t have enough time for some top-notch dining. Well, think again! These record-breaking athletes need to add fuel to their fire, after all… and what better place to go than the top-rated Italian steakhouse in Las Vegas? The D Casino Hotel is a proud partner of the Vegas Golden Knights, and players are frequently hitting up the casino’s award-winning restaurant, Andiamo. Most recently, the beloved Erik Haula, Tomáš Tatar, and Tomáš Nosek swung by for some unforgettable meals. Just as things are heating up in the NHL… those savory sizzling steaks are heating up in the kitchen.

Erik was up first, as he, his father, his girlfriend Kristin, and friends, took a break from the hockey hysteria to relax in downtown Vegas’ well known restaurant on Monday night. He also spent time with good friend, and D Executive, Richard Wilk, who always shows the VGK stars a good time at the D Las Vegas! Richard seems to be the go-to guy for a lot of the VGK players when it comes to Andiamo and a great dinner.

Tuesday was “Tomáš” time! Both Tatar and Nosek share the same first name, the same position on the ice (left winger), AND previously played for the Detroit Red Wings. How crazy is that? Not to mention, they clearly have GREAT taste in food. The talented men brought their lovely girlfriends with them.

Since they were so used to eating at the Andiamo restaurant in Detroit back in the day, Tatar had to introduce Nosek to the Andiamo in Las Vegas. The food at this amazing restaurant never disappoints.

In case anyone was wondering how the Vegas Golden Knights are taking the hockey world by storm, there are many reasons… but maybe their appetite plays a part! It’s just what they needed before their big game against the Winnipeg Jets!

In addition, the D received a visit from former NHL player, Jeremy Roenick! Jeremy is mostly known for being on the Chicago Blackhawks from 1988-1996, but also spent time playing with the Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, Los Angeles Kings, and San Jose Sharks. Currently, he works as a studio analyst with NBC Sports Group reporting on the Vegas Golden Knights.

He enjoyed dinner with his wife and good friend, and D Executive, Darren Banks. As a matter of fact, Darren is a former NHL player as well (he played for the Boston Bruins)! These guys have so much in common… no wonder they get along so well! The D casino owner Derek Stevens and wife Nicole greeted Jeremy and his wife Tracy and posed for photos.

Although the D Casino Hotel is known for being a Vegas hangout, NHL teams, players, and analysts from ALL OVER stop by for that award-winning sizzlin’ steak. Who’s up next?
