Top of the World at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower Debuts Remodeled Dining Room
The award-winning Top of the World restaurant, located on the 106th floor of Stratosphere, Casino, Hotel & Tower, has unveiled a stunning remodel to complement the 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains (Photo credit: Anthony Mair)

The modern décor joins a new menu by Johnny Church, Golden Entertainment, Inc.’s corporate executive chef, and Pawan Pinisetti, executive chef of Top of the World.

The dining room tables have transitioned from white tablecloths to tables with a Kinon surface that reflects the sky and accentuates the colors of the mountains. The candle holders, reminiscent of the street lights, below, also pull colors from the mountains. A new place setting is highlighted by Messermeister steak knives; a culinary classic. New chairs and reupholstered furniture bring shades of gray and blue, the colors of the sky, to the dining room. The remodel also includes a redesign of the lobby, improved lighting, and a full sound system upgrade.

The menu at Top of the World now offers steaks and seafood complemented by fresh, seasonal ingredients. Some of standout menu selections include: a 14-ounce Wagyu ribeye from Tajima Ranch, a 2 ½ pound Maine Lobster and Ora King salmon fillet.

Jason Shullo, a Certified Sommelier and Golden Entertainment’s corporate director of beverage, has introduced a new wine menu to complement Church’s cuisine. Among the nearly 300 selections are hard-to-find, boutique selections as well as some of the world’s most celebrated wines.

Top of the World is open from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily for lunch and 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. for dinner. Reservations for Top of the World may be made by calling 702.380.7711 or by visiting http://www.topoftheworldlv.com/reservations.php.
