Top of the World Restaurant at Stratosphere Stirs Up New Craft Cocktail Menu
Top of the World at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower has introduced a new cocktail menu inspired by the flavors of summer and stunning views from the restaurant, which is located 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip with 360 degree revolving views of the city and surrounding mountains (Pictured: Top of the World ‘Grin and Pear It” – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
Developed by Jason Shullo, the new selections include the Grin & Pear It, made with Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, Cointreau, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and lemon juice; the Spiced Sunrise, made with Patrón Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and mango purée; the Key Lime Pie, made with Absolut Vanilla, Triple Sec, pineapple juice and lime juice; and the Clingstone, made Ciroc Peach Vodka, honey syrup, lemon juice, ginger beer and lavender bitters.
Shullo, who recently joined Stratosphere’s parent company, Golden Entertainment, Inc., as corporate director of beverage, has developed award-winning beverage programs for STK locations across the country.
