Treasure Island Makes the Most of Mojito Month
Triple digit temperatures call for something cool, so for the third year, Treasure Island will celebrate National Mojito Day (July 11) every day in July (Pictured: Siren’s Delight).
For 31 straight days, Treasure Island’s Mojito Bar at the Seafood Shack will offer four refreshing twists on the classic cocktail:
- Siren’s Delight Mojito – Cruzan light rum, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh mint, lime juice and ruby red grapefruit
The Mojito Bar at Seafood Shack – Pirate Peach Mojito
- Pirate’s Peach Mojito – Cruzan peach rum, peach and ginger puree, fresh mint and lime juice
The Mojito Bar at Seafood Shack – Mermaid Mojito
- Mermaid Mojito – Cruzan strawberry rum, fresh strawberries, mint and lime juice
The Mojito Bar at Seafood Shack – House Muddled Mojito
- Seafood Shack House Muddled Mojito – Choice of traditional, raspberry, blackberry, pineapple or mango; with Cruzan Light Rum, fresh mint
All four mojitos are offered for $6 each.
Seafood Shack is open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the Mojito Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. For more information, visit www.treasureisland.com.
