TREVI to Participate in 7th Annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week

inside the Forum Shops at Caesars will feature a special prix fixe menu of Chef Peter Scaturro’s Italian specialties to benefit Three Square Food Bank during Las Vegas’ 2013 Restaurant Week from Friday, March 8 through Friday, March 15. 

Priced at $40.13 per person, guests will begin the Italian three-course menu with the option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad. The main entrée will feature the choice of the Fettuccine al Pesto con Gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce or Chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert, guests will indulge in the trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more. 

TREVI is located at the heart of The Forum Shops at Caesars next to the ‘Fountain of the Gods.’ TREVI offers classic and contemporary Italian fare, a gelato bar featuring fresh gelato made daily and a dynamic atmosphere. Through a recent acquisition by Landry’s Inc., TREVI has introduced an entirely new menu by executive chef, Peter Scaturro, new cocktails and more to showcase the stunning restaurant. The laid-back restaurant and bar is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
