TREVI to Participate in Fourth Annual Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week to Benefit Three Square Food Bank
TREVI inside The Forum Shops at Caesars will offer a special prix fixe menu created by Executive Chef Peter Scaturro to benefit Three Square Food Bank during the third annual Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week June 15-26 (Pictured: Fettucine Al Pesto Con Gamberi – Photo credit: Executive Chef Peter Scaturro).
Priced at $40.15 per person, guests will begin the Italian three-course menu with the option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad.
The main entrée will feature the choice of the fettuccine al pesto con gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce, or chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and linguine in pomarella sauce.
For dessert, guests will indulge in the trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more.
As a Silver participant, TREVI will donate $4 of each Restaurant Week menu sold directly to Three Square.
