Tropicana Brings a Taste of South Beach to The Strip with New Steakhouse, Biscayne Steak, Sea & Wine
Tropicana Las Vegas welcomes the city’s newest steak and seafood restaurant, Biscayne Steak, Sea & Wine as part of Tropicana’s Phase 1 $165 million transformation. Biscayne captures the elegance and seduction of South Beach cuisine, offering sizzling prime cuts, Safe Harbor certified fresh seafood and an original wine list, setting the scene for a perfect night on The Las Vegas Strip.
Biscayne’s space creates a relaxed feel of casual elegance, set in a tropical South Beach style. Not to be missed are Biscayne’s libations that channel South Beach with a twist of Latin flavors, while Tropicana Las Vegas’ signature Leblon classic caipirinhas and Ambhar key lime margaritas are sure to tantalize taste buds and soothe the soul. In addition, Biscayne’s 200-bottle wine list features wines from around the world, including rare vintages.
Biscayne’s menu reinterprets the classic steakhouse concept with innovative island flair. It features a wide variety of delicious starters including Kobe beef sliders, lamb eggplant tacos and conch fritters with an avocado ambhar aioli. Main courses include prime steaks, chops and a selection of Safe Harbor certified fresh seafood dishes. Signature desserts with tropical twists, by Executive Pastry Chef Meeghan Lancaster, formerly Executive Pastry Chef of Daniel Boulud Brasserie at Wynn Las Vegas are also part of Biscayne’s uniqueness.

The opening of Biscayne Steak, Sea and Wine follows Tropicana Las Vegas’ recently announced completion of its transformed deluxe rooms and suites, which are the newest, best-in-class rooms on The Las Vegas Strip.
