Tropicana Las Vegas to Ring in the 2019 Rodeo Week with a Spectacular Lineup of Events December 1-14
In honor of the 2019 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR), Tropicana Las Vegas is saddling up for the ultimate rodeo celebration with a lineup of daily and nightly events taking place December 1-14. Guests are invited to join in on the excitement of Rodeo Week by experiencing a number of events, including the 65th Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant, Bullfighters Only 2019 Las Vegas Championship, Gary Leffew’s Bucking Ball and much more.

65th Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant (December 1-8, 2019)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Legends in Concert Theater
Pull on your cowboy boots and head to Tropicana Las Vegas for the return of the Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant this December. Featuring over 30 contestants, reigning State Rodeo Queens will compete in areas of appearance, horsemanship, and personality for the coveted title of the 65th Miss Rodeo America. The Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant allows young women to make lifelong friendships and offers the opportunity to create the most memorable experiences of their lives.
Tailgate Party (December 5-14, 2019, 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Bullfighters Only Event Tent
Mingle with other WNFR enthusiasts while enjoying music, food, drinks, games, and giveaways at the Tailgate Party prior to the main Bullfighters Only 2019 Las Vegas Championship.
Bullfighters Only 2019 Las Vegas Championship (December 5-14, 2019, 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Bullfighters Only Event Tent
The city’s toughest spot during the Rodeo Week can be found under the Bullfighters Only event tent with the Bullfighters Only (BFO) 2019 Las Vegas Championship. The premier league for freestyle bullfighting, BFO returns with talented athletes challenging their skills and abilities against equally athletic and strongest bulls.
Hooey Jam (December 5-14, 2019, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Robert Irvine’s Public House
Following the exhilaration of the BFO 2019 Las Vegas Championship, guests are invited to meet the bullfighters and listen to popular country recording artists while indulging in delicious comfort food at Hooey Jam inside Robert Irvine’s Public House.
WNFR Closed-Circuit Viewing Party (December 5-14, 2019, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Cohiba Ballroom
Join in on the excitement by watching all events broadcasted live daily with a special closed-circuit complimentary viewing party of the 2019 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Guests will have the chance to meet contestants of the 65th Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant, including the 2019 Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair before she passes down her crown to the new 2020 Miss Rodeo America. During the viewing party, guests can enjoy drink specials, buckets of beer and specialty food items.
Gary Leffew’s Bucking Ball (December 5-7 and 12-14, 2019, 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)
Tropicana Las Vegas, Cohiba Ballroom
The signature Wrangler National Finals Rodeo after-party, Gary Leffew’s Bucking Ball, is back by popular demand and will be hosted by former World Champion Bull Rider and rodeo guru, Gary Leffew. Guests are invited to experience live music and a rodeo arena-style dance floor and treat themselves to drink specials and exclusive giveaways, featuring a one of a kind six-string acoustic guitar autographed by multiple country stars. To top off the night, guests will be given the opportunity to attend a special meet and greet with the 65th Miss Rodeo America 2020 Pageant contestants and the 2019 Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair.
