Umami Burger Presents The Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger
Umami Burger announced today its latest culinary innovation, the Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger, which will be available at all participating Umami Burger locations including SLS Las Vegas starting November 5, 2014.
For the first day it is available, all participating locations will offer the Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger for the price of a Pumpkin Spice Latte, just $4. After the first day, the Pumpkin Spice Latte burger will be $12.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger features Umami Burger’s signature beef patty with a garlic aioli, tempura Kabocha (an Asian winter squash), spiced Mascarpone and a coffee glaze.
“Pumpkin spice is a signature flavor for fall that has grown into a frenzy,” said Paul Clayton, CEO of Umami Burger. “The Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger is our chef’s interpretation of the flavors at the heart of the pumpkin spice craze. It is layered, complex and delicious. It’s not your basic burger.”
