Vagabond Restaurant to Debut This October at Excalibur in Las Vegas
Vagabond will open at Excalibur Hotel & Casino this October offering fans a high-energy dining and entertainment experience on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant and bar will feature an approachable menu of American fare, an extensive beverage and draft beer program and arcade games, live entertainment and sports viewing throughout.
Senior Vice President of F&B Strategy Ari Kastrati said, “We created Vagabond so our guests would have a fun place to hang out with friends, enjoy bar food classics, grab a few drinks or watch their favorite sporting event. The casual atmosphere encourages everyone to kick back and have a good time.”
Bites
Vagabond’s savory starters, specialty sandwiches, tasty shareables and sweet desserts create the perfect game-day fuel. Menu selections are simple yet delectable featuring recognizable comfort food and handheld American favorites.
Menu highlights include:
- Vagaburger – Smoked pork belly, black angus, fried onion and BBQ sauce
- Vaquero Nachos – Pulled pork, three-cheese blend, pickled jalapeño, pico de gallo, guacamole and crema
- Fried Bologna Sandwich – Over-easy egg, American cheese and comeback sauce
- Chicken Wings – Choice of Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Mango-Habanero or Jerk sauces
- BBQ Chicken Quesadilla – Crushed avocado, crema and pico de gallo
Brews
Guests can satisfy their taste buds for brews with Vagabond’s extensive draft program featuring domestic, imported and craft beers. Beyond the suds, the restaurant will offer a wide selection of fun cocktails, frozen drinks and a special menu focused on beer and shot pairings.
Entertainment
As The Strip’s newest social and sporting hub, Vagabond will have a variety of entertainment offerings including live music performances, tabletop gaming and arcade and bar games. Eighteen high-definition television screens will line the walls to ensure fans don’t miss a minute of the action.
Design
Vagabond will feature vibrant murals, art pieces, unique décor and neon signs, creating Instagrammable moments throughout the rustic dining space. The bar will serve as the restaurant’s focal point, surrounded by a stage for live music, a string-lit patio for additional seating and a separate game room for guests looking to partake in a little friendly competition.
Vagabond will be located on Excalibur’s casino floor, adjacent to the sports book. The venue will be open Mon. – Thurs. from 4 p.m. to close and Fri. – Sun from 10 a.m. to close.
