Guests were transported to the Italian countryside at GIADA inside The Cromwell. Emmy Award-winning and New York Times best-selling celebrity chef, Giada De Laurentiis treated guests to a multi-course dining experience that left them dreaming of the rich and savory flavors of Italian cuisine. Condé Nast Traveler editor, Paulie Dibner asked Giada questions about her travels in Italy as guests enjoyed dishes including artichoke and fennel salad, creamy lobster pasta, veal saltimbocca Milanese. After an interactive dining session, attendees walked away with a signed copy of Giada’s best-selling cookbook, “Giada’s Italy: My Recipes for La Dolce Vita.”
