WET REPUBLIC Opens its Doors for 2014 Pool Season with Proclamation Ceremony

The Las Vegas hot spot welcomed in a bevy of bikini-clad patrons, as well as special guest Clark County Commissioner Mary Beth Scow. As the day launched into full party mode, Commissioner Scow made her way to a VIP bungalow where she was greeted by Derek Silberstein, Vice President of Operations of Angel Management Group (AMG) and a number of WET REPUBLIC’s stunning model cocktail waitresses all ready to commence a history-making daylife affair.

Beginning her memorable speech, Commissioner Scow extended a warm welcome and wished the destination continued success. As she announced the official proclamation of WET REPUBLIC Day, Commissioner Scow presented Silberstein with an honorary certificate. Filled with gratitude, Silberstein accepted the certificate on WET REPUBLIC’s behalf and thanked the Commissioner and the county for their continuous support. Bringing the ceremony to a close, the ultra pool’s gorgeous staff came together as they raised their glasses to commemorate WET REPUBLIC Day, signifying the official day pool season begins in Las Vegas.
This season, the ‘It’ dayclub has transformed itself once again into a whole new experience by adding an additional 1,500-square-feet to the destination. The first phase of the remodel debuted in 2013 and welcomed a newly renovated and expanded DJ booth, an upgraded LED display, expanded bar, along with new furniture and finishing touches. Poolgoers now have the chance to indulge in six new VIP Bungalows equipped with plush furniture, TVs and misting fans, all accompanied by three private plunge pools providing guests with the ultimate daytime VIP experience. The 54,500-square-foot venue also adds convenience to the guest experience with a number of newly installed restroom and shower facilities and an extended shaded queuing area.
