Sammy’s will offer a five-course prix fixe menu beginning at 8 p.m. for $60 per person with optional wine pairings for an additional $20. The first course will include a choice between Sammy’s creamy lobster bisque or the fresh tomato basil soup topped with shaved Parmesan, paired with a glass of Clos du Bois Chardonnay; followed by a second course selection of either a Caesar of Greek salad with a glass of Coppola Pinot Grigio.

Guests may choose between the duck quesadilla, house-made hummus or ahi poke for the third course with additional pairings of Lucky Star Pinot Noir, Kunde Magnolia Lane Sauvignon Blanc or Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling, respectively. The fourth course will feature main selections between the flat iron steak, oak-roasted salmon filet or oak-roasted chicken breast paired with Paripaso Cabernet Sauvignon, Natura Chardonnay or Gabbiano Chianti, respectively. The dessert course will offer the salted caramel pudding or Sammy’s signature Messy Sundae, either paired with a glass of Beringer Moscato.

Sammy’s New Year’s Eve celebration will also include the Lisa Smith Jazz Duo from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Based in Las Vegas, Smith has been performing for more than 15 years and specializes in jazz, blues, R&B and cabaret music.
