Guests will kick off the holiday on Chayo’s expansive double-decker patio with $5 Coronas and Corona Lights and any Chayo margarita can be upgraded with a Grand Marnier float for $3. Beginning at 11 p.m., a DJ will spin the hottest hits, keeping the party going all night long while sexy mechanical bull riders take a spin on “Chayo,” the bar’s feisty mascot. With more than 50 types of tequilas, there will be no shortage of fun, giving guests just the right amount of liquid courage to take a ride on Chayo.

Executive Chef Ernesto Zendejas will also offer his signature late night menu starting at 11 p.m., including dishes such as pork sopes, handmade corn cakes topped with black beans, chorizo and queso fresco; and rib eye nachos served with sautéed rib eye and cascabel sauce.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar, which spans two levels and 14,000-square-foot at The LINQ, Caesars Entertainment’s dynamic new mixed-use development, is open from 11 a.m. to late daily. The high-energy restaurant introduces a new concept in Mexican dining, combining a DJ, mechanical bull, a vast tequila and cocktail selection and a blend of authentic and innovative Mexican fare by Executive Chef Ernesto Zendejas.
